*Towing Service * Steven was the employee who provided the towing service when I had a damaged rim and tire on 7/24/26; I am a travel nurse and I was heading out of state with a 6 hour drive ahead of me. He assisted with taking my car to Discount Tires in Duluth. Upon arrival, he went into the business and spoke to one of the employees there and ultimately he came back and said they were able to help me tonight; due to his help they were able to repair my rim and tire to allow me to get back on the road. Not only was he super friendly and professional, but he went up and beyond to help me. As a single woman who is traveling alone (and I was also traveling with my dog) his persistence and kindness totally restored my faith in the goodness people. I can’t thank him enough, and I am so grateful that I ended up working with this individual in a time of need. I hope his business recognizes how valuable of an employee he is and I will be forever grateful! 5 star business and employee!

Top notch company right here you can't get any better then these guys!! Had some issues with a 40ft gooseneck at the scale, and the Duke boys Towing company were the only towing company willing to get the job done in a very timely manner, Dispatcher Abbie, and Truck Driver Colten we're on it Asap even on a Sunday afternoon, Very sharp looking and well maintained trucks as well.

Definitely a top notch company! Colton came out in the middle of the night in a snow hurricane and expertly pulled out a trailer with an 8,600 LB skidsteer on it out of a 6’ ditch on sheer ice. Very professional and friendly! Will definitely be calling Duke Boys for all my towing needs in the future. Thank you Colton!!

I started my business in April of this year, driving my 16 foot box truck all around the country. Saturday turned out to be my worst day in business, as I shredded an almost new front tire after hitting road debris in Duluth, MN. I made it only around 15min out of Superior on 53S, and my tired exploded. Long story short, I spent over an hour stranded on a small shoulder of a busy highway with no resolve due to the complete ineptitude of my insurance company and their lack of knowledge. I was told my vehicle couldn't be fixed on the side of the road, and couldn't be towed without disconnecting the driveshaft, both of which were completely false statements. When not a SINGLE other company within 2 hours of Superior would help me, I came across Duke Boys Towing, and everything changed. Not only were they courteous, but they actually seemed to care about my dire situation as well, and jumped into action immediately! Steven showed up fast, and had me loaded up and ready to be towed to Pomp's Tire in Superior in no time. He even picked up my triangles off the highway and put them in my truck so I wouldn't have to be in harms way any more than I had already been. I almost broke d

The Duke Boys were my boys, had to get a shed moved, no one else could take it on. Colton showed it with a positive attitude and got it done. Very very happy. Have my business from now on!
